2023-2024 Period 1 Showcase

In the pictures above, Students followed a recipe in English in order to make Ciğ Köfte. The students presented their dishes and explained their recipes, then gave each other feedback based on taste and texture.

In the club, they created a business plan for a restaurant. They planned a menu, made a budget and financial projections, and filmed a commercial. At the end of the course, they pitched their business plans and commercials to their investors (classmates), who decided how much of their 200.000 TL they would invest in each restaurant.
