PF8-02Cultural DiscoveryAre you interested in the world around you? Do you like to learn about different cultures, traditions and perspectives? If yes, this is the club for you! Come and join our club where you will be part of a team that is researching and exploring a range of unique and fascinating cultures. But, that’s not the best part! The best part is that you will then get to create your ideal cultural experience. In this club, you will get the chance to: Discover the unknowns of cultures far and wide.Share your experiences with each other through discussions and presentations. Use your research, experiences and most importantly, your imaginations, to create the ideal cultural experience.
PF8-03Novel ClubIn this club, you will take your time to read, provoke thoughts, and exchange opinions with your friends while learning about the deep roots of Native American culture and its implications in today’s America. How? By reading the New York Times bestseller and National Book Award winner, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian (2007), written by Native American author Sherman Alexie. You will explore themes of racism, poverty, and identity—and beyond everything, you’ll be proud of yourselves because by the end of this course, you will have read a 230-page novel in English! We will have many reading sessions as part of our club meetings, so if you are a bookworm or reading enthusiast, you should join this club.

In this dynamic club, you will go on an exciting journey of campus newspaper publishing, improving your skills in reading, listening, speaking and writing while discovering the power of effective communication. Through the creation of your own newspaper, you will engage in a variety of tasks from preparing short videos to creating your own column. Dive deep into Agatha Christie’s “Three Blind Mice” detective story, analyze the author’s techniques and characters. You will get the opportunity to use your creativity, learn valuable skills to analyze a literary text and develop a lifelong love for literature that will inspire you.
PF8-08English Between the LinesIn this course, you will learn English through stories, screens, and real conversations. In each lesson, you will watch an episode of a series or read a short story, then reflect on it through discussions, debates, essays, or podcast-style speaking tasks. The focus is on improving language skills naturally while thinking critically, expressing opinions, and communicating confidently. This interactive and enjoyable program helps you develop reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills—all while having fun with meaningful, real-world English.
PF8-09Think and Speak    This is a speaking club and each week we will talk about a different topic, like public movements, festivals, social phobias, and more. You will speak in English by doing presentations with a partner. You will also use grammar and new words in real situations. This is your chance to speak more and have fun in English. You will work with your friends, share your ideas, and try different speaking tasks. Don’t worry about mistakes. Just speak, enjoy, and do your best.
